Wait on Me September!Part#2

I just want to stop by to encourage you today, do not abort the wait in this season of waiting on The Lord!

Remember that God’s delay is not denial!

Everything will happen when it is supposed to happen. It is ALL about God’s timing and there is NO THING you can do to speed it up and NO THING any one can do to stop it!

While waiting on God, let us do what waiters do- SERVE! Serve God and serve others well-willingly and with a good attitude!

*A gentle reminder that opening doors for others-opens doors for you!! So open doors for others even when it is not convenient- every action or inaction is a seed sown.

*Another gentle reminder while patiently waiting on God is that He does not need our help! When things are seemingly delayed, He does not need our help! Be still and get to know that He IS indeed God! Psalm 46:10.

DO NOT ABORT THE WAIT!! I know waiting is tiring, waiting is not easy, especially if you have been waiting a while, waiting can be discouraging, waiting can be disappointing and you may begin to lose hope while waiting- but always remember that waiting season has a purpose!

Waiting season is a time of preparation, a time of pruning, a time of purging, a time of protection, a time of preservation, a time of healing, it is a time when God has to remove our nature and character and replace it with His Nature and Character!

The season of waiting is not punishment; it is preparation to receive The Promise!

Do not lose Faith while waiting!

Keep your expectations high while waiting!

TIKVAH!!! Expect GREAT things!

Hope in God will never disappoint or bring shame! Romans 5:5

Wait on The Lord again I encourage you to wait! I know you are tired but wait a little longer!

PRAYER:

Father in the Name of Jesus help me to not lose faith and hope in You, Your Word and Your Promise for me. Help me to wait well because I know any day now You will do what You Promise to do!

Thank You Father in Jesus Name I pray and give thanks! Amen

Wait on Me September!!! Part #1

In this month, I just want to remind some and inform others that you have the grace and favour to give birth to the dreams and purpose God has placed inside you!

On September 3rd, I was at the airport getting ready to board a flight on route to my birthday getaway destination. While waiting, I decided to place an order at Starbucks for breakfast.

I looked at the menu and it seemed like every sandwich had sausage and bacon. I just wanted a simple sandwich with just egg and cheese!

As my turn came to order, I asked for a croissant with egg and cheese only. I got my receipt and it was noted a sandwich with no meat. I was satisfied and confident that I would get my egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.

My wait for the sandwich seemed to be taking longer than usual. I was starting to get a bit impatient when I decided to take a closer look at the gentleman making the orders to see what was taking him so long with mine.

It was then I realized that the sandwiches were pre-made, so he would take them from the fridge, take the out of the package and put them in the microwave.

Well mine was a special/unusual/not popular order it appeared. So he had to open my package and struggle a little to remove the meat from my breakfast sandwich, so that took a little while longer.

At that moment Holy Spirit spoke to me and this shifted my whole attitude, mindset and posture for the rest of the time while waiting for my order.

Holy Spirit reminded me that what I asked for was not the normal. Just like many of the things we are praying, trusting and waiting on God for is not ordinary. The wait time is always longer for customized orders. What we are expecting God for is BIG- and God is preparing to deliver exceedingly, abundantly above anything we have asked for or imagined. Ephesians 3:20.

So with that in mind, do not get sad or discouraged at the passage of time, while waiting on God for a healing, job, loved one to get saved, you to meet your husband or wife, paper work to get approved, money to pay that bill, whatever you are presently waiting on God for, do not get tired or lose hope!

God is faithful and so whatever He says, He will do!

Habbakkuk 2:3 KJV says For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it: because it will surely come.

Habbakuk 2:3 NLT tells us The vision is for a future time. It describes the end ( Jeremiah 29:11 plans that are full of hope and a GOOD end-so if where you are and what you are experiencing is not good-then it IS not the end) and it will be fullfilled, it will be beautiful according to Ecclesiastes 3:11. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed!

Psalm 138:8 The Lord will perfect not some, but ALL, every thing that concerns or involves us!!

WOW!!! What words of assurance and comfort from God!

So trust God because He is trustworthy and not a man that He will lie (Numbers 23:19).

Because we know God is faithful-we will rest in Him like He instructed us to in July- be at Peace like He instructed us in August and we will wait patiently on Him in this month of September ( or whatever the month you are receiving this)

Let us wait patiently for The Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes wait patiently on The Lord as instructed in Psalm 27:13.

Prayer:

Father teach us how to wait and help us how to wait on You!

We thank You because we know our wait will not be in vain and we will not be disappointed!

Thank You for everything You are about to give us in Jesus Name we pray and give thanks!

Amen
